Author Launch Kit — launch-2026-10-v1. One payment of $299 covers one final book, either an audiobook (up to 400,000 narration characters) or a narrated picture-book video (up to 64 supplied illustrations, up to 2,000 narration characters per illustrated page) in one selected Standard AI voice, one 20–30 second landscape trailer assembled from three short AI video clips and the supplied cover, a media kit, cover mockups, announcement copy, a short sample of the selected audio or picture-book video, a bookmark/QR card, a launch checklist, and one ISBN registration for the selected edition under Books to Gifts Publishing, subject to publisher acceptance. The picture-book option replaces the audiobook; both are not included. Upload a final PDF with selectable narration text and your cover. The picture-book video preserves every PDF page, including illustrations. Review the extracted text for page numbers and headers before approval. Scanned images do not supply readable narration automatically. An optional final TXT/DOCX narration file is supported for audiobooks; an illustrated DOCX with each image followed by its narration is supported for picture books. Image-only pages display for three seconds. Review every extracted page before submitting. We preserve complete artwork within a landscape video frame. New illustrations, animation of characters, editing, proofreading, rewriting, cover design, print layout, printing, external retailer submission, additional editions/ISBNs, and later source-file or creative replacements are excluded. We correct production faults in the agreed deliverables. No subscription is started by this purchase; carousel membership is separate. Keep a downloaded copy of your delivered package. Download access is provided for at least 90 days after final approval. No sales, delivery date, or retailer acceptance is guaranteed. Before payment, the publisher reviews the project; ask for a delivery estimate if timing matters. Contact the publisher through the project if a production issue prevents delivery. You retain copyright and your author royalties, subject to retailer/payment processing charges. You confirm that you control the rights to the submitted text, artwork, names, likenesses and promotional material, including AI audio/video adaptation rights. You grant Books to Gifts Publishing a non-exclusive license to process these files, create the agreed assets, register and identify this selected edition under its imprint, and deliver the assets to you. Public sale or listing requires your separate approval. The publisher must accept this license before checkout. Its authorization certificate records this agreement and the verified edition registration; it is not government certification, copyright registration, a transfer of ISBN ownership, or approval by any retailer.
