As part of our publishing services, Books to Gifts Publishing, LLC provides authors with the option to purchase portable ISBNs under our official imprint, “Books to Gifts Publishing.” These ISBNs are professionally registered and are valid for use across all major publishing platforms.
What You Can Do:

Use your assigned ISBN(s) to publish on Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, Barnes & Noble Press, BookVault, Draft2Digital, and other distributors.

Maintain full rights to your content. You own your manuscript and book files.

List and sell your book independently using the same ISBN on multiple platforms.

Share your Books to Gifts Publishing ISBN(s) with retailers, libraries, or wholesalers to support global distribution.
What You Cannot Do:

Transfer or resell the ISBN to another author or company.

Reassign the ISBN to a different title, edition, or format (each format—e.g., paperback, hardcover, PDF, audio, eBook—requires its own ISBN).

Modify the publisher of record. All portable ISBNs provided by Books to Gifts Publishing LLC will remain registered under the Books to Gifts Publishing imprint in the official ISBN database.
Ownership & Record-Keeping:

ISBNs provided through this program are licensed to you for life, meaning you retain the right to use them permanently for the assigned book(s).

Books to Gifts Publishing LLC retains imprint ownership and may update metadata in coordination with you to ensure distribution accuracy.
