Return & Exchange Policy
Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Downloads):
All digital book sales are final and non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital content, once delivered or accessed, returns are not accepted.
If you experience a download issue or receive a corrupted file, please contact us at [your email], and we’ll be happy to provide a working replacement.
Physical Books:
We accept returns on physical books within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

The book must be unused and in original condition

You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the book arrived damaged or you received the wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bookstogiftspublishing.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund.
Store Credit Option (Optional):
In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund, especially if the return is not due to an error on our part.
